year experience in swimming pool industry 1
year successful experience in fast paced, top-level sales Must have High School Diploma or equivalent Must have reliable transportation with valid driver's license Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report Pool Studio experience preferred Landscape/Hardscape Knowledge Recommended Ideal Candidate Characteristics:
Self-starter Positive Attitude Teachable Team Worker Team Encourager Ready to Work Person of Integrity Proficient on Basic Computer Functions Successful Experience in Fast-Paced, Top Level Six-Figure Sales GO GETTER Job Compensation:
Uncapped commissions Potential first-year earnings over $100K First-class sales incentive trips Generous bonuses Base Salary Duties:
Conduct Design Consultation where the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership.
After assessing customer needs and expectations, design and recommend a backyard pool, utilizing professional pool design software.
Conduct immediate and scheduled follow-up appointments.
Using a presentation binder, conduct design presentation to present the company, provides differentiation, and explain the process of building a pool to customers.
Provide a completed contract packet to business manager for approval.
Be present at Day of Dig and Day of Shotcrete, to walk customers and construction managers through job phases.
Outdoor living/ Hardscape/ Landscape - Developing relationships with contractors and developers to generate consistent flow of leads Work directly with owner on generating leads and closing deals Build referral relationships.
